AI Enablement by Sope

You've paid for AI.
Are your people actually using it?

Most teams have the licences and use them like a search engine. AI Enablement turns the AI you're already paying for into skills your people actually use. One on one, on their real work, starting wherever each person is.

Ninety minutes. One on one. Their real work.
The problem

The licences went in. The work didn't change.

  • Your business has spent real time and money on Copilot, and most people are still typing one question and taking the first answer.
  • The reports, the summaries, the replies are still being done by hand.
  • The handful of people getting real value worked it out on their own.
  • You want confidence the investment is paying off, and nobody can show you.
You're not behind. Most organisations are sitting at about this level of adoption. It's normal. It's also fixable, and it doesn't need another rollout.

How it works

Everyone starts somewhere different, so we start where they are.

Ninety minutes, one of our AI consultants and one of your people, working on their actual job. Not a training course they'll forget by Friday.

First five minutes

Find their rung

A few plain questions place each person on a ten-rung capability ladder, from "uses it like a search engine" through to "has AI running on a schedule". No test, no jargon.

The next hour

Work on something real

The board paper due Thursday. The month-end commentary. The inbox. We take a real task from their week and work it up to the next rung together, in the tools they already have.

Afterwards

Leave with one thing

A saved prompt, a working skill, a named use case. Every session is transcribed and summarised for them, and their start and end rung goes into your report.

Ways in

Start wherever your business is at.

Nobody has to commit to a big program just to get moving. Pick the door that fits.

AI Discovery

Two days looking at where the whole business is with AI: what's licensed, what's used, where the repeat work is. You walk away with a prioritised list of where AI will actually pay off. Not another slide deck.

When the sessions surface something worth building, we build it. Skills, agents and automations wired into your systems, with Sope on hand afterwards.

What you get back

See exactly where each person started, and where they got to.

Every block ends with a report for the sponsor. It's the proof the time was worth it, and the plan for the next visit.

  • Start and end rung for every person, on one chart
  • What each person worked on and walked away with
  • Patterns we heard across the sessions
  • Candidates worth building, scoped and ready
  • A recommended next visit, person by person

Adoption gap calculator

What are your AI licences actually returning?

Put in what you're paying and roughly how many people use it. See what today's usage is worth, what's going out the door on unused seats, and what closing the gap would be worth. Directional, in about a minute.

Industry average is around 25%. If you're a SopeCare client we can read your real adoption score from your tenant.
Active use of 60 to 80% at six months is realistic with enablement.
Assumptions you can change
Microsoft 365 Copilot lists at about US$30, roughly A$45.
Microsoft's research points to 10 to 15% of a knowledge worker's week.

Directional only. Value of time saved = active users × hours per week × working weeks × (salary × on-cost ÷ 1,976 hours). Real outcomes depend on which tasks people actually change, not on the licence count. We don't publish session pricing here; ask us for the rate card.

Why Sope

The team that already runs your Microsoft 365, now getting your people using AI.

Technical people who talk human

No jargon, no readiness matrix. We sit next to your people and work on their actual week, in plain English.

We're not here to sell you licences

We teach on whatever you've got. Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT. The client's stack decides, not ours.

Measured, not assumed

Every person gets a start and end rung. Every block gets a report. You can see the movement, not just take our word for it.

Questions

Before you book.

Do we need Copilot for this?

No. The sessions work with Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT, whichever your people already have. The ladder is the same regardless of the tool.

Are we behind?

Almost certainly not. About a quarter of people with access to AI at work use it regularly, so most organisations are where you are. The difference is whether you do something about it this quarter or next year.

How are the 1:1 sessions sold?

In day blocks of four 90-minute sessions, starting with a two-day block. Eight sessions doesn't have to mean eight people; an executive can take two and go further. Ask us for the rate card.

Who should go first?

Your leadership team, then the people whose week would change the most. An enthusiastic operations manager who tells eight colleagues is worth more than a polite executive who never books again.

What happens after a session?

Each person gets a summary of what was covered and the one thing they're taking away. At the end of the block you get a report showing every person's start and end rung, the themes we heard, and what we'd aim for next.

Onsite or remote?

Either. Onsite is easy in Melbourne. Remote works well everywhere else and lets a block be split across sites.

Is the skills pack really free?

Yes. Five generic, paste-in skills with nothing to configure. Use them today while you decide whether a session is the right next step.
