As part of our commitment to providing secure and modern support experiences, our support services operate from Jira cloud. The sign-in process can be a bit complex, so please follow the instructions below to get started.

Accessing the cloud support portal

Click 'Access the Portal'; and enter your usual access email.

When prompted, select 'Sign in with SSO'.
Type your work email address in, and if necessary, create a JIRA cloud account with your work email address.
If you don't have a Jira Cloud account, you may be able to do this by clicking 'continue with Microsoft'.
(If it comes up, you can skip the 'tell us a bit about yourself' section in this process.)

Once your account is created and you're signed in to an Atlassian Cloud account, it might send you to the wrong page.
To get to the portal, you may need to click the 'Access the Portal' link again, and go through the sign in process.

Once that's done, you'll be able to log new issues under the 'Support' project;
and you should find all your tickets waiting for you in the top-right corner, under 'requests'.

Once you're up and running, if you've got any bookmarks, don't forget to update them. 🙂
