Project Management at Sope starts from the time we put in a proposal. Using our Sharepoint based extranet we develop milestones and tasks with resource estimates that become that key component of the cost estimate. On acceptance of the proposal the milestones and tasks are used as the basis for the project plan. We also have dedicated resources allocated to the project management of the projects we undertake.
