Process Analysis
Behind every great solution there is a fully analyzed process design. Our methodology starts with a process map and then the detail. There are very few projects we get involved in where there isn’t a process flow lurking in the specification. Whether it’s a public website or an internal extranet the importance of process cannot be over emphasized.
Specification and Design
The design specification is done as part of Business Analysis and goes down to screen and field to ensure that what the customer signs off on is what they get. This will involve two or three consultations with the customer before sign off and handing over to the developer for realization.
